So excited to announce I now have hard and softcover copies available of my 5th book: The Day Maisie and Annabelle Got the Giggles! The illustrations by Jaime Buckley are especially humorous, and I’m so pleased with his characterization of the Gigglepuss character. He took the rhymed description and came up with a fabulous version of the cat! When I was in early elementary school, my friend Martha and I had trouble behaving somberly during church. I recall sending her little notes in school, to Gigglepuss 1 from Gigglepuss 2. When I told Martha about this book, she reminded me that it was mom who gave us those nicknames. I am thankful Martha recalled that detail, as I was so pleased to mention my dear mother on the first page! She would have loved this story!
